Contract Engineer
nder our Contract Engineering service, we provide comprehensive support for energy and industrial projects, meeting the highest standards, including FIDIC contract conditions. We combine advanced technical knowledge with skills in management, law, and economics, ensuring full control over the investment process—from planning through execution to settlement.
Hosseg’s Contract Engineering involves an interdisciplinary team of specialists with diverse competencies—from technical engineers to management experts and quality assurance professionals. This guarantees a holistic approach to project oversight, blending technical precision with attention to contractual and administrative details.
As a contract engineer, we ensure FIDIC-compliant supervision, including schedule monitoring, work quality control, risk management, and dispute resolution. We guarantee project execution aligns with the contract and technical specifications. Acting on the investor’s behalf with power of attorney, we represent them in dealings with institutions, authorities, contractors, and suppliers. We analyze and optimize projects, proposing specification changes during execution to boost efficiency and ensure compliance. We perform formal oversight, verifying decisions and agreements for regulatory adherence. We manage tender processes—preparing procedures, reviewing bids, negotiating contracts, and supporting contractor selection. We also handle reporting, preparing statements and applications per supervising institutions’ requirements.
We operate both “in-country” as client representatives and directly at project sites. Our presence covers construction sites, subcontractor facilities, and key component manufacturing locations. This ensures ongoing oversight, rapid response to challenges, and effective protection of the investor’s interests at every stage.
